Air Ambulance service has been started in Nepal for the first time.
A Private sector company-Alpine Rescue has started Air Ambulance Service in Nepal.
Company says thousands of trekkers and mountaineers come to Nepal every year for refreshing breaks or adventurous expeditions. Due to the treacherous terrain and extreme conditions in the mountainous regions of Nepal, those traveling in such remote parts of Nepal may require urgent medical evacuation (Medevac), casualty evacuation (Casevac) or similar emergency rescue services at any point of their journey. They claim to be cheapest and the most reliable service provider of this type.
